Mike’s experience includes project management infeasibility and engineering studies, project development, technical reviews, financial evaluations, strategic planning, mine expansions, construction management, and project due diligence over a wide range of commodities and jurisdictions including base-metals, gold, and diamonds, in jurisdictions including Africa, Australia, North America, South America, Europe and Russia. Prior to his consulting career he held operational and management positions in mining operations in Africa and Australia.

Ralph Shearing is responsible for the management of public company management and compliance and was Altaley’s founder.
Mr. Shearing is a graduate of the University of British Columbia holding a B. Sc. Geology Degree. Since graduating in 1981, Mr. Shearing has practiced his profession as a professional geologist throughout Canada, and internationally. He has been directly involved in several world class exploration and development projects in Canada. During an active mineral exploration and development career, Mr. Shearing has gained hands-on experience in all aspects of mineral exploration, including, geophysics, geochemistry, geology and diamond core drilling, the latter as a senior partner of a successful contract diamond drilling company.
Mr. Shearing's experience managing and directing publicly listed companies over the last 32 years, combined with his practical experience in implementing major exploration projects, gives Altaley a director with unique insight, invaluable practical experience, and a well-rounded business approach to a junior resource company.

David’s career in the finance industry has spanned more than twenty-five years. David is also the Managing Director of Endeavour Financial, Endeavour is one of the top mining financial advisory firms, with an award-winning track record of success in the mining industry, specializing in arranging multi-sourced funding solutions for development companies.
Endeavour additionally has an asset management and developing insurance business. Prior to joining Endeavour over fourteen years ago, he was at Standard Bank London Limited, Barclays Capital and Royal Bank of Scotland. At Standard and Barclays, he sourced, structured and syndicated finance for mining projects and companies on a global basis.
Having lived and worked in London and New York he has international experience of the North/South American, European, CIS and African markets. As a result, he has arranged over US$18 billion of funding for mining companies.

Mr. Bailey is a mining executive and registered professional geologist with 45 years of industry experience. Mr. Bailey has B.Sc degree in Geology from the University of Washington and a M.Sc degree in Geology from Oregon State University.
Between 1995 and 2012, Mr. Bailey was the President, Chief Executive Officer and a Director of Minefinders Corporation Ltd. (“Minefinders”), a precious metals mining company that discovered, developed and operated the multi-million ounce Dolores gold and silver mine in Mexico before being acquired by PanAmerican Silver Corp in 2012. Before joining Minefinders, Mr. Bailey held senior positions with Equinox Resources Inc., acquired by Hecla Mining in 1994 and Exxon Minerals Company. Since 1984, Mr. Bailey has worked as a consulting geologist with Mark H. Bailey & Associates LLC. Mr. Bailey is a Director of Altaley Mining Corporation and a Director and Interim CEO of Nation Gold Co.
Mr. Bailey was the non-executive Chairman of the Board of Entrée Resources Ltd. until June of 20-22 when he chose not to stand for election after 20 years on the board, the non-executive Chairman of the Board of Fiore Gold Ltd. which was acquired by Calibre Mining Corp in 2022. and was a director of Mason Resources Corp. until its acquisition by Hudbay Minerals Inc. in 2018. Mr. Bailey was a director of Core Gold Ltd. until its acquisition by Titan Minerals Ltd. in 2020.

Rory has extensive experience in securities regulation in Canada, having been appointed in July 2016 by the Council of Ministers responsible for capital markets regulation from British Columbia, Ontario, Saskatchewan, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, Yukon, and the Minister of Finance of Canada to the inaugural board of the Capital Markets Authority Implementation Organization (CMAIO), which was formed to evolve into the Capital Markets Regulatory Authority (CMRA) a single regulator administering the proposed uniform provincial-territorial Capital Markets Act and complementary Capital Markets Stability Act. Rory served on the board of directors of CMAIO until May 2021 when it was wound down. Prior to his CMAIO appointment, Rory served as chairperson of the TSX Venture Exchange’s National Advisory Committee. Rory has been active on behalf of various market participants advocating changes to securities laws and policies to keep up with a rapidly changing marketplace and has lectured on securities law on behalf of the Continuing Legal Education Society of British Columbia. He has also served as a director and officer of several listed companies and, in that capacity, established a large network of contacts in the venture capital markets industry.

Mr. Alvidrez Ortega is an Industrial Engineer with a master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) at Notre Dame University. He has extensive experience in banking operations for commercial and corporate segments, specializing mainly in continuous improvement, risk and control, as well as project development and implementation.
Since 1994 he worked in several roles with Citigroup, an international bank with approximately 33,000 employees in Mexico, working with corporate clients in the US and Mexico and leading teams of over 200 people. Ruben's last position in Citigroup was in February 2020, in the corporate segment as Senior Vice-President of Custody operations.
Mr. Guzmán obtained a master’s degree in Finance from the Universidad Tecnologica de Mexico in 1989 and has more than 25 years of experience in the Financial Sector, primarily in Mexico. Initially working as finance manager for several Mexican publicly traded companies, such as Finamex S.A. de C.V., Bursamex S.A. de C.V and Invermexico S.A. de C.V, as well as other private Mexican financial companies, including Unión de Crédito Metropolitana SA de CV, Soluciones Integral SA de CV and FOVISSTE. Mr. Guzman is also a Director of Bursamétrica Casa de Bolsa, a Mexican brokerage firm.
Mr. Guzman, an indirect controlling shareholder and insider of the Company is currently President, Director and major shareholder of the ESCORFIN Group, which owns several private equity funds that specialize in real estate development, energy innovations, and tourism investment in Mexico.

Mr. Margalef is a former investment banker with 10 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, financial valuations, evaluation of investment projects, analysis of financial statements and cash flow management. He has performed business valuations and analysis of investment projects for Mexican and transnational companies in the mining industry, training/education industries, payments industry and hardware industry, among others.
During his professional career, 5 years have been dedicated specifically to the mining industry, having been a partner at Candiani Mining Investment Bank for 3 years. He has advised numerous clients in the valuation of their mines and exploration projects. Additionally, he managed the investments of Vander Capital Partners private equity fund for the acquisition and exploration of two early stage exploration projects before moving to Vander Mining, a Vander Capital Partners subsidiary, as a partner.
Enrique is primarily responsible for Altaley’s corporate development including negotiating and setting all commercial agreements, such as acquisitions, royalty, credit facility and lease agreements.
He graduated in Economics from Universidad Anahuac in Mexico.
Mr. Alexandri is a mining engineer with 40 years' experience in mining and metallurgical design with multiple companies including COO Dia Bras in Mexico and Peru (Sierra Metals Inc), COO Core Gold Inc., and COO of Impact Silver.Mr. Alexandri is also a consultant and advisor to Apian Capital and numerous mining projects. received his B. Eng. in Mining Engineering -Cum Laude from Universidad de Guanajuanto, Mexico in 1978, and qualified in Business Administration from Universidad de Monterrey in 1984. Together with a core team of engineers and geologists he has built & operated over 10 mines in Mexico.
